Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, M-Meraki Handicrafts cannot accept returns, but we offer exchanges for another article
or gift cards from our store.

To be eligible for an exchange. Item must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at exchanges@mmerakihandicrafts.com and explain the issue and which of the two options offered for the exchange apply to you. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
